कूर्मनाड्यां स्थैर्यम् ॥

On the nerve called Kurma, (comes) fixity of the body.
In plain words: By focusing deeply on a nerve called Kurma (the 'tortoise' nerve), a yogi's body becomes perfectly still and steady during practice.
Swami Vivekananda explains
When he is practising, the body is not disturbed.
