Shvetashvatara Upanishad 3.19

Grasping without hands, hasting without feet, he sees without eyes, he hears without ears. He knows what can be known, but no one knows him; they call him the first, the great person (purusha).

In plain words: The divine Person grasps without hands, moves fast without feet, sees without eyes and hears without ears. He knows everything that can be known, but no one fully knows him. He is called the first, the great Person.
