Shvetashvatara Upanishad 3.20

The Self, smaller than small, greater than great, is hidden in the heart of the creature. A man who has left all grief behind, sees the majesty, the Lord, the passionless, by the grace of the creator (the Lord).

In plain words: The Self is smaller than the smallest thing and greater than the greatest, and it hides in the heart of every creature. A person who has let go of all sorrow sees this glorious, calm Lord, and this happens through the Lord's own grace.
