What is here (visible in the world), the same is there (invisible in Brahman); and what is there, the same is here. He who sees any difference here (between Brahman and the world), goes from death to death.

In plain words: What we see in this world is the same as Brahman, the unseen highest reality, and Brahman is the same as this world. Whoever thinks they are separate keeps going from one death to another.
