Bhagavad Gita 6.28

Krishna speaking to Arjuna

युञ्जन्नेवं सदाऽऽत्मानं योगी विगतकल्मषः। सुखेन ब्रह्मसंस्पर्शमत्यन्तं सुखमश्नुते ॥

yuñjann evaṁ sadātmānaṁ yogī vigata-kalmaṣhaḥ sukhena brahma-sansparśham atyantaṁ sukham aśhnute

The Yogî who thus, ever harmonising the self, hath put away sin, he easily enjoyeth the infinite bliss of contact with the Eternal.

In plain words: Krishna says that a yogi (a person who practices meditation and inner discipline) who keeps calming and balancing himself becomes free of wrongdoing. Such a person easily feels the endless joy of being in touch with the Eternal, meaning God.
