Bhagavad Gita 6.29

Krishna speaking to Arjuna

सर्वभूतस्थमात्मानं सर्वभूतानि चात्मनि। ईक्षते योगयुक्तात्मा सर्वत्र समदर्शनः ॥

sarva-bhūta-stham ātmānaṁ sarva-bhūtāni chātmani īkṣhate yoga-yuktātmā sarvatra sama-darśhanaḥ

The self, harmonised by yoga, seeth the Self abiding in all beings, all beings in the Self; everywhere he seeth the same.

In plain words: Krishna says that a person made calm and balanced by yoga sees the same divine Self living inside every being. He sees all beings as part of that one Self, so he sees the same thing everywhere.
