Bhagavad Gita 4.22

Krishna speaking to Arjuna

Content with whatsoever he obtaineth without effort, free from the pairs of opposites, without envy, balanced in success and failure, though acting he is not bound.

In plain words: Krishna says a person who is happy with whatever comes to him naturally, who is not thrown around by good and bad times, who is not jealous, and who stays calm whether he wins or loses, is not trapped by his actions.
