Bhagavad Gita 12.17

Krishna speaking to Arjuna

He who neither loveth nor hateth, nor grieveth, nor desireth, renouncing good and evil, full of devotion, he is dear to Me.

In plain words: Krishna says he loves the devoted person who is not pulled around by strong likes and dislikes, grief or longing. This person has let go of chasing good results and fearing bad ones.
