Bhagavad Gita 12.18

Krishna speaking to Arjuna

समः शत्रौ च मित्रे च तथा मानापमानयोः। शीतोष्णसुखदुःखेषु समः सङ्गविवर्जितः ॥

samaḥ śhatrau cha mitre cha tathā mānāpamānayoḥ śhītoṣhṇa-sukha-duḥkheṣhu samaḥ saṅga-vivarjitaḥ

Alike to foe and friend, and also in fame and ignominy, alike in cold and heat, pleasures and pains, destitute of attachment,

In plain words: Krishna continues describing the devotee he loves. This person treats enemies and friends the same way. They stay the same whether people honor them or shame them, and whether life brings cold or heat, pleasure or pain. They do not cling to anything.
