On the same tree man sits grieving, immersed, bewildered, by his own impotence (an-isa). But when he sees the other lord (isa) contented, and knows his glory, then his grief passes away.
In plain words: A person sitting on that same tree feels sad, confused and lost because he feels powerless. But when he sees the other one, the Lord, who is calm and content, and knows his greatness, his sadness goes away.
