That person (purusha) is the great lord; he is the mover of existence, he possesses that purest power of reaching everything, he is light, he is undecaying.

In plain words: This Person (purusha, the inner spirit of all) is the great Lord. He sets everything in motion and can reach everything. He is pure light, and he never wears out or grows old.
