Chandogya Upanishad 5.10.9

'A man who steals gold, who drinks spirits, who dishonours his Guru's bed, who kills a Brahman, these four fall, and as a fifth he who associates with them.

In plain words: A verse says that four kinds of people fall: one who steals gold, one who drinks alcohol, one who sleeps with his teacher's wife, and one who kills a priest. A fifth is the person who keeps company with them.
