māṁ hi pārtha vyapāśhritya ye ’pi syuḥ pāpa-yonayaḥ
striyo vaiśhyās tathā śhūdrās te ’pi yānti parāṁ gatim
They who take refuge with Me, O Partha, though of the womb of sin, women, Vaishyas, even Shûdras, they also tread the highest path.
In plain words: Krishna says anyone who turns to him for shelter can reach the highest goal. This includes people looked down on in his society, such as women, merchants (Vaishyas) and laborers (Shudras). Arjuna is called "Partha," son of Pritha.
