यो यो यां यां तनुं भक्तः श्रद्धयार्चितुमिच्छति। तस्य तस्याचलां श्रद्धां तामेव विदधाम्यहम् ॥

yo yo yāṁ yāṁ tanuṁ bhaktaḥ śhraddhayārchitum ichchhati tasya tasyāchalāṁ śhraddhāṁ tām eva vidadhāmyaham

Any devotee who seeketh to worship with faith any such aspect, I verily bestow the unswerving faith of that man.

In plain words: Krishna says that when people worship any god or divine form with faith, he is the one who makes their faith strong and steady.
