Bhagavad Gita 18.52

Krishna speaking to Arjuna

विविक्तसेवी लघ्वाशी यतवाक्कायमानसः। ध्यानयोगपरो नित्यं वैराग्यं समुपाश्रितः ॥

vivikta-sevī laghv-āśhī yata-vāk-kāya-mānasaḥ dhyāna-yoga-paro nityaṁ vairāgyaṁ samupāśhritaḥ

Dwelling in solitude, abstemious, speech, body and mind subdued, constantly fixed in meditation and yoga, taking refuge in dispassion,

In plain words: Krishna continues: such a person likes quiet places and eats lightly. They control their speech, body and mind, keep meditating, and stay calm and unattached.
