Bhagavad Gita 18.10

Krishna speaking to Arjuna

न द्वेष्ट्यकुशलं कर्म कुशले नानुषज्जते। त्यागी सत्त्वसमाविष्टो मेधावी छिन्नसंशयः ॥

na dveṣhṭy akuśhalaṁ karma kuśhale nānuṣhajjate tyāgī sattva-samāviṣhṭo medhāvī chhinna-sanśhayaḥ

The relinquisher pervaded by purity, intelligent and with doubts cut away, hateth not unpleasurable action nor is attached to pleasurable.

In plain words: Krishna says a truly pure and wise person, free of doubts, does not hate unpleasant work. Nor does that person cling to pleasant work.
