एतां दृष्टिमवष्टभ्य नष्टात्मानोऽल्पबुद्धयः। प्रभवन्त्युग्रकर्माणः क्षयाय जगतोऽहिताः ॥

etāṁ dṛiṣhṭim avaṣhṭabhya naṣhṭātmāno ’lpa-buddhayaḥ prabhavanty ugra-karmāṇaḥ kṣhayāya jagato ’hitāḥ

Holding this view, these ruined selves of small understanding, of fierce deeds, come forth as enemies for the destruction of the world.

In plain words: Krishna says people who hold this view are lost and narrow-minded. They do cruel things and become enemies who bring harm and destruction to the world.
