Bhagavad Gita 16.8

Krishna speaking to Arjuna

असत्यमप्रतिष्ठं ते जगदाहुरनीश्वरम्। अपरस्परसम्भूतं किमन्यत्कामहैतुकम् ॥

asatyam apratiṣhṭhaṁ te jagad āhur anīśhvaram aparaspara-sambhūtaṁ kim anyat kāma-haitukam

"The universe is without truth, without basis," they say, "without a God; brought about by mutual union, and caused by lust and nothing else."

In plain words: Krishna says such people claim the universe has no truth, no foundation, and no God. They say it came about only by chance mating, driven by desire and nothing else.
