Bhagavad Gita 14.24

Krishna speaking to Arjuna

समदुःखसुखः स्वस्थः समलोष्टाश्मकाञ्चनः। तुल्यप्रियाप्रियो धीरस्तुल्यनिन्दात्मसंस्तुतिः ॥

sama-duḥkha-sukhaḥ sva-sthaḥ sama-loṣhṭāśhma-kāñchanaḥ tulya-priyāpriyo dhīras tulya-nindātma-sanstutiḥ

Balanced in pleasure and pain, self-reliant, to whom a lump of earth, a rock and gold are alike, the same to loved and unloved, firm, the same in censure and in praise,

In plain words: Krishna says this person stays the same in pleasure and pain and relies on their inner self. To them a lump of dirt, a stone and gold are worth the same. They treat pleasant and unpleasant people alike, and they stay steady whether blamed or praised.
