अहं सर्वस्य प्रभवो मत्तः सर्वं प्रवर्तते। इति मत्वा भजन्ते मां बुधा भावसमन्विताः ॥

ahaṁ sarvasya prabhavo mattaḥ sarvaṁ pravartate iti matvā bhajante māṁ budhā bhāva-samanvitāḥ

I am the Generator of all; all evolves from Me; understanding thus, the wise adore Me in rapt emotion.

In plain words: Krishna says he is the source of everything, and everything grows out of him. Wise people who understand this worship him with deep love and feeling.
