एतां विभूतिं योगं च मम यो वेत्ति तत्त्वतः। सोऽविकम्पेन योगेन युज्यते नात्र संशयः ॥

etāṁ vibhūtiṁ yogaṁ cha mama yo vetti tattvataḥ so ’vikampena yogena yujyate nātra sanśhayaḥ

He who knows in essence that sovereignty and yoga of Mine, he is harmonised by unfaltering yoga; there is no doubt thereof.

In plain words: Krishna says that whoever truly understands his greatness and power becomes steady in yoga, which means spiritual union with God, that never wavers. There is no doubt about it.
