ततः कृतार्थानां परिणामक्रमसमाप्तिर्गुणानाम् ॥

tataḥ kṛtārthānāṃ pariṇāmakramasamāptirguṇānām

Then are finished the successive transformations of the qualities, they having attained the end.

In plain words: Then the constant changes of nature's qualities, the gunas, come to an end for that person. They have done their job.
