Yoga Sutras 2.47

Patanjali, explained by Swami Vivekananda

प्रयत्नशैथिल्यानन्तसमापत्तिभ्याम् ॥

prayatnaśaithilyānantasamāpattibhyām

By lessening the natural tendency (for restlessness) and meditating on the unlimited, posture becomes firm and pleasant.

In plain words: Posture becomes steady and comfortable when you relax the urge to fidget and think about something endless. The teacher suggests thinking of the endless sky.
