समाधिसिद्धिरीश्वरप्रणिधानात् ॥

samādhisiddhirīśvarapraṇidhānāt

By sacrificing all the Ishvara comes Samadhi.

In plain words: By giving everything over to God, called Ishvara, a person reaches samadhi, the deepest state of meditation.
