Patanjali, explained by Swami Vivekananda

परमाणु परममहत्त्वान्तोऽस्य वशीकारः ॥

paramāṇu paramamahattvānto'sya vaśīkāraḥ

The Yogi's mind thus meditating, becomes unobstructed from the atomic to the infinite.

In plain words: By meditating this way, the yogi's mind can focus easily on anything, from the tiniest to the biggest thing. The teacher adds that the mind's waves grow weaker.
