ततः प्रत्यक्चेतनाधिगमोऽप्यन्तरायाभावश्च ॥

tataḥ pratyakcetanādhigamo'pyantarāyābhāvaśca

From that is gained (the knowledge of) introspection, and the destruction of obstacles.

In plain words: Repeating Om and thinking on its meaning helps you look inward and clears away the obstacles in body and mind.
