Vishnu Purana 1.17.26

If you think that it is not true, do you, for my satisfaction, think of Vishnu the liberator from all bondage. What trouble is there in calling him to mind? When remembered he bestows prosperity upon people. And if you recollect Him day and night there will be an end of all sins. Let your mind be fixed on Him day and night who is present in all beings and you shall laugh at every trouble. The whole world is subject to a triple affliction.

In plain words: Prahlada says that even if they doubt him, they should simply think of Vishnu, who frees beings from bondage. Remembering Vishnu is easy, and it brings good fortune and removes sins. If their minds rest on Him day and night, they will be able to laugh at every trouble. He notes the whole world suffers from three kinds of pain: from the body and mind, from other beings, and from nature and fate.
