When the oblations have been presented and the Brahmans have been fed let the cow-herds circumambulate the cows decorated with garlands of autumnal flowers. If the cow-herds pay attention to these suggestions, they will secure the favour of the mountain of the cattle and also mind".

In plain words: Krishna suggests that after making the offerings and feeding the Brahmins (priests), the cowherds should walk in a circle around the cows, which are decorated with autumn flower garlands. If they do this, they will win the favor of the mountain and of himself.
