Taittiriya Upanishad 3.6.1

He perceived that bliss is Brahman, for from bliss these beings are born; by bliss, when born, they live; into bliss they enter at their death. This is the knowledge of Bhrigu and Varuna, exalted in the highest heaven (in the heart). He who knows this becomes exalted, becomes rich in food, and able to eat food (healthy), becomes great by offspring, cattle, and the splendour of his knowledge (of Brahman), great by fame.

In plain words: At last Bhrigu saw that bliss, a deep joy, is Brahman: all beings come from joy, live by joy and return to joy. This is the wisdom of Bhrigu and Varuna, found deep in the heart, and whoever knows it lives a full life with plenty of food, health, family, wealth and good name.
