He who, thus knowing, knows Prâna, his offspring does not perish, and he becomes immortal. Thus says the Sloka:

In plain words: The teacher says that whoever truly understands Prana in this way will have a family line that does not die out, and will himself become immortal. He then quotes a verse to sum it up.
