He who knows that highest Brahman, becomes even Brahman. In his race no one is born ignorant of Brahman. He overcomes grief, he overcomes evil; free from the fetters of the heart, he becomes immortal.

In plain words: Whoever truly knows the highest Brahman becomes Brahman. No one in his family line will be ignorant of it. He moves beyond sorrow and wrongdoing. Free from the knots in his heart, he becomes immortal.
