Katha Upanishad 1.2.13

A mortal who has heard this and embraced it, who has separated from it all qualities, and has thus reached the subtle Being, rejoices, because he has obtained what is a cause for rejoicing. The house (of Brahman) is open, I believe, O Nakiketas."

In plain words: A person who hears this teaching, takes it to heart, and sees the subtle inner Being apart from all outer qualities, feels true joy. Yama believes the door to Brahman, the highest reality, is open to Nachiketas.
