Harih, Om. There is this city of Brahman (the body), and in it the palace, the small lotus (of the heart), and in it that small ether. Now what exists within that small ether, that is to be sought for, that is to be understood.

In plain words: The body is like a city where God, called Brahman, lives. Inside it is a small palace shaped like a lotus flower, which is the heart. Inside the heart is a small open space. What lives in that space is what we should look for and come to understand.
