That is the ether within the heart. That ether in the heart (as Brahman) is omnipresent and unchanging. He who knows this obtains omnipresent and unchangeable happiness.

In plain words: The space inside us is the space within the heart. That space is Brahman, present everywhere and never changing. Whoever knows this gains a happiness that is everywhere and never changes.
