'I (the sacrificer) shall go thither, when this life is over. Take this! Cast back the bolt!' Having said this, he rises. For him the Rudras fulfil the noon-oblation.
In plain words: The worshipper says he will go to the sky-world when this life ends. He hands over his offering, asks for the door to be unbolted, and stands up. The Rudras, a group of storm gods, then complete the noon offering for him.
