अवजानन्ति मां मूढा मानुषीं तनुमाश्रितम्। परं भावमजानन्तो मम भूतमहेश्वरम् ॥

avajānanti māṁ mūḍhā mānuṣhīṁ tanum āśhritam paraṁ bhāvam ajānanto mama bhūta-maheśhvaram

The foolish disregard Me, when clad in human semblance, ignorant of My supreme nature, the great Lord of beings;

In plain words: Krishna says foolish people look down on him when he appears in a human body. They do not understand that he is the great Lord of all beings.
