मनुष्याणां सहस्रेषु कश्िचद्यतति सिद्धये। यततामपि सिद्धानां कश्िचन्मां वेत्ति तत्त्वतः ॥

manuṣhyāṇāṁ sahasreṣhu kaśhchid yatati siddhaye yatatām api siddhānāṁ kaśhchin māṁ vetti tattvataḥ

Among thousands of men scarce one striveth for perfection; of the successful strivers scarce one knoweth Me in essence.

In plain words: Krishna says that out of thousands of people, hardly one really tries for spiritual perfection. Even among those who try and succeed, hardly one truly knows him as he really is.
