Bhagavad Gita 7.15

Krishna speaking to Arjuna

न मां दुष्कृतिनो मूढाः प्रपद्यन्ते नराधमाः। माययापहृतज्ञाना आसुरं भावमाश्रिताः ॥

na māṁ duṣhkṛitino mūḍhāḥ prapadyante narādhamāḥ māyayāpahṛita-jñānā āsuraṁ bhāvam āśhritāḥ

The evil-doing, the deluded, the vilest men, they come not to Me, they whose wisdom is destroyed by illusion, who have embraced the nature of demons.

In plain words: Krishna says people who do evil, who are foolish, and who are the worst of humans do not come to him. Illusion has taken away their wisdom, and they have taken on a cruel, demon-like nature.
