Bhagavad Gita 6.13

Krishna speaking to Arjuna

समं कायशिरोग्रीवं धारयन्नचलं स्थिरः। संप्रेक्ष्य नासिकाग्रं स्वं दिशश्चानवलोकयन् ॥

samaṁ kāya-śhiro-grīvaṁ dhārayann achalaṁ sthiraḥ samprekṣhya nāsikāgraṁ svaṁ diśhaśh chānavalokayan

Holding the body, head and neck erect, immovably steady, looking fixedly at the point of the nose, with unseeing gaze,

In plain words: Krishna says to keep the body, head and neck straight and still. The eyes rest toward the tip of the nose without looking around at anything.
