Bhagavad Gita 5.6

Krishna speaking to Arjuna

संन्यासस्तु महाबाहो दुःखमाप्तुमयोगतः। योगयुक्तो मुनिर्ब्रह्म नचिरेणाधिगच्छति ॥

sannyāsas tu mahā-bāho duḥkham āptum ayogataḥ yoga-yukto munir brahma na chireṇādhigachchhati

But without yoga, O mighty-armed, renunciation is hard to attain to; the yoga-harmonised Muni swiftly goeth to the Eternal.

In plain words: Krishna says that truly giving up action is hard without the practice of yoga. A sage (muni, a quiet thinker) who is steady in yoga quickly reaches the Eternal.
