Bhagavad Gita 5.18

Krishna speaking to Arjuna

विद्याविनयसंपन्ने ब्राह्मणे गवि हस्तिनि। शुनि चैव श्वपाके च पण्डिताः समदर्शिनः ॥

vidyā-vinaya-sampanne brāhmaṇe gavi hastini śhuni chaiva śhva-pāke cha paṇḍitāḥ sama-darśhinaḥ

Sages look equally on a Brâhmana adorned with learning and humility, a cow, an elephant, and even a dog and an outcaste.

In plain words: Krishna says that wise people see the same worth in everyone and everything. A learned and humble priest (Brahmana), a cow, an elephant, a dog, and a person society rejects as an outcaste all look equal to them.
