Bhagavad Gita 4.14

Krishna speaking to Arjuna

न मां कर्माणि लिम्पन्ति न मे कर्मफले स्पृहा। इति मां योऽभिजानाति कर्मभिर्न स बध्यते ॥

na māṁ karmāṇi limpanti na me karma-phale spṛihā iti māṁ yo ’bhijānāti karmabhir na sa badhyate

Nor do actions affect Me, nor is the fruit of action desired by Me. He who thus knoweth Me is not bound by actions.

In plain words: Krishna says actions do not bind him, and he does not want anything from their results. A person who understands this about him is not trapped by their own actions either.
