prakṛiter guṇa-sammūḍhāḥ sajjante guṇa-karmasu
tān akṛitsna-vido mandān kṛitsna-vin na vichālayet
Those deluded by the qualities of nature are attached to the functions of the qualities. The man of perfect knowledge should not unsettle the foolish whose knowledge is imperfect.
In plain words: Krishna says people fooled by nature's qualities get attached to what those qualities do. Someone who fully understands should not upset people who understand less.
