Bhagavad Gita 3.26

Krishna speaking to Arjuna

न बुद्धिभेदं जनयेदज्ञानां कर्मसङ्गिनाम्। जोषयेत्सर्वकर्माणि विद्वान् युक्तः समाचरन् ॥

na buddhi-bhedaṁ janayed ajñānāṁ karma-saṅginām joṣhayet sarva-karmāṇi vidvān yuktaḥ samācharan

Let no wise man unsettle the mind of ignorant people attached to action; but acting in harmony with Me let him render all action attractive.

In plain words: Krishna says a wise person should not confuse simple people who are attached to their work. Instead, the wise person should work in tune with God and show by example that good work is worth doing.
