Bhagavad Gita 2.3

Krishna speaking to Arjuna

क्लैब्यं मा स्म गमः पार्थ नैतत्त्वय्युपपद्यते। क्षुद्रं हृदयदौर्बल्यं त्यक्त्वोत्तिष्ठ परन्तप ॥

klaibyaṁ mā sma gamaḥ pārtha naitat tvayyupapadyate kṣhudraṁ hṛidaya-daurbalyaṁ tyaktvottiṣhṭha parantapa

Yield not to impotence, O Partha! it doth not befit thee. Shake off this paltry faint-heartedness! Stand up, Parantapa!

In plain words: Krishna tells Arjuna, whom he calls Pārtha ("son of Prithā") and Parantapa ("burner of foes"), not to give in to weakness because it does not suit him. He tells him to shake off this small-hearted fear and stand up.
