Bhagavad Gita 18.78

Sanjaya speaking to King Dhritarashtra

यत्र योगेश्वरः कृष्णो यत्र पार्थो धनुर्धरः। तत्र श्रीर्विजयो भूतिर्ध्रुवा नीतिर्मतिर्मम। । 18.78।

yatra yogeśhvaraḥ kṛiṣhṇo yatra pārtho dhanur-dharaḥ tatra śhrīr vijayo bhūtir dhruvā nītir matir mama

Wherever is Krishna, Yoga's Lord, wherever is Pârtha, the archer, assured are there prosperity, victory and happiness. So I think.

In plain words: Sanjaya, the narrator telling this story to the blind King Dhritarashtra, ends with his own opinion. He says that wherever Krishna, the master of yoga, stands together with Arjuna (called Partha, son of Pritha), the great archer, there will surely be good fortune, victory and happiness.
