य इमं परमं गुह्यं मद्भक्तेष्वभिधास्यति। भक्ितं मयि परां कृत्वा मामेवैष्यत्यसंशयः ॥

ya idaṁ paramaṁ guhyaṁ mad-bhakteṣhv abhidhāsyati bhaktiṁ mayi parāṁ kṛitvā mām evaiṣhyaty asanśhayaḥ

He who shall declare this supreme secret among My devotees, having shown the highest devotion for Me, without doubt he shall come to Me.

In plain words: Krishna says that anyone who lovingly teaches this highest secret to other devotees will surely come to him.
