सर्वकर्माण्यपि सदा कुर्वाणो मद्व्यपाश्रयः। मत्प्रसादादवाप्नोति शाश्वतं पदमव्ययम् ॥

sarva-karmāṇy api sadā kurvāṇo mad-vyapāśhrayaḥ mat-prasādād avāpnoti śhāśhvataṁ padam avyayam

Though ever performing all actions, taking refuge in Me, by My grace he obtaineth the eternal indestructible abode.

In plain words: Krishna says that even a person who keeps doing all kinds of work reaches the eternal home that never ends. This happens by his grace, if they take refuge in him.
