Bhagavad Gita 16.21
Krishna speaking to Arjuna
त्रिविधं नरकस्येदं द्वारं नाशनमात्मनः। कामः क्रोधस्तथा लोभस्तस्मादेतत्त्रयं त्यजेत् ॥
tri-vidhaṁ narakasyedaṁ dvāraṁ nāśhanam ātmanaḥ kāmaḥ krodhas tathā lobhas tasmād etat trayaṁ tyajet
Triple is the gate of this hell, destructive of the self—lust, wrath, and greed; therefore let man renounce these three.
In plain words: Krishna says hell has three doors that destroy a person: lust, anger and greed. So everyone should give up these three.
