तानहं द्विषतः क्रूरान्संसारेषु नराधमान्। क्षिपाम्यजस्रमशुभानासुरीष्वेव योनिषु ॥

tān ahaṁ dviṣhataḥ krūrān sansāreṣhu narādhamān kṣhipāmy ajasram aśhubhān āsurīṣhv eva yoniṣhu

These haters, evil, pitiless, vilest among men in the world, I ever throw down into demoniacal wombs.

In plain words: Krishna says that these hateful, cruel and wicked people are sent again and again to be born into families and lives with a demonic nature.
